These are all skills that can be taught with a step by step approach. You will receive 30 guided meditations and 4 self-hypnosis tracks for opening third eye, meeting your spirit guides and moving through blocks, and 8 pre-requisite modules to work through before attending the 2 intensive weekends (currently via zoom).
